Férias Alentejanas, as a Reservation Central, promotes and makes reservations for a set of accommodation units and tourist animation.

The accommodation payments and/or the activities will be made to Férias Alentejanas. If the reservation is made with a superior antecedence of 10 working days, will be requested to the customer that proceeds to signal payment (in value of 25% of total) in order to confirm its reservation order. If the reservation is requested with an inferior antecedence of 10 working days, the customer will have to pay the total of the reservation.

After making the total payment, the customer will receive a voucher, through email or fax. This should be presented at arrival and it tests that all services are already paid.
